    Position Overview:

    As a Renovation Consultant at Radical Restoration, you will assume the pivotal role of being the main point of contact for our clients once their insurance claim is approved, guiding them through every step of the sales cycle. Your responsibilities will encompass:



    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Client Interaction: Engage with clients, offering continuous follow-ups and support throughout the renovation process.
    • In-Home Consultation: Conduct in-home visits with clients to review the scope of their insurance claim. This includes completing a comprehensive walk-around of the client's home exterior to ensure a clear understanding of what is included in the claim and what additional upgrades or replacements may be beneficial.
    • Trust and Rapport: Build and maintain trust and rapport with clients throughout the sales cycle, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
    • Presentation: Present Radical Restoration's company profile and related products using pre-built presentations. Bring demonstration materials to allow clients to see product samples inside their homes.
    • Visualization Software: Utilize visualization software that allows clients to visualize their actual home with various exterior products such as siding, roofing, or gutters.
    • Contract Signing: Facilitate the signing of the installation agreement to finalize the sale.
    • Post-Project Visit: Visit completed renovation projects to ensure client satisfaction, collect final payments, request referrals, and gather client testimonials.
    • Training & Development: Participate in all regular sales staff and training meetings provided by the company.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
    • Familiarity with home exterior renovation products (siding, roofing, gutters).

    • Work with property owners and Robust Roof insurance coordinator on insurance claim projects.
