She has a keen eye for detail, a knack for streamlining processes and a commitment to achieving operational excellence. She is the core of Robust Roof’s operational proficiency, handling corporation communication, rigorous bookkeeping, and managing accounts receivable and payable. Corrie also bolsters the endeavors of the president by skillfully handling administrative and leadership tasks.

In Corrie’s free time, she enjoys being a mother to 2 young girls and a wife to her husband. They enjoy time outdoors when time and weather permit and fun family planned outings.

Ashley is a dynamic professional who wears dual hats as both a skilled HR specialist and savvy marketing specialist. With a wealth of experience in these two roles, she brings her unique blend of talent and expertise to the Robust Roof team. She has leveraged her background in sales and customer service management at a Fortune 100 company to implement best strategies, practices, and development of the company. Her innate ability to understand the unique needs of our company and align them with the aspirations of prospective candidates has led to numerous successful hires and contributing to the team’s growth and success. Ashley is a creative force to be reckoned with in the marketing industry. She has over 7 years of experience developing new marketing tactics and collateral that connect with the target audience, encourage participation of the staff, and ultimately increase brand awareness. Anything that needs created into a nice format, Ashley gets the job accomplished.

Terry Chenowith, our Admin/IT Specialist, is always willing to help. When tasked with designing a software solution for the mortgage industry, he went above and beyond. He not only excelled in the technical parts of his profession, he also actively participated with clients and served them in a customer service representative role. Terry is the kind of professional who can seamlessly wear many hats within a company and flourish in any capacity or task he takes on. He recognizes the vital role of a positive mindset amongst a team dynamic and has been instrumental in transforming the lives of many professionals in his previous employments. Terry's versatility extends to offering immense value to any company. Whether it's creating training videos for clients and co-workers, developing internal and customer-facing systems, or helping technologically challenged individuals integrate tech into their daily lives, he has consistently been a problem solver.
